Phoenix Homeowner Shoots & Killed 2 Intruders. Two men have died after forcing their way into a home and being shot by occupants of the house in Central Phoenix Saturday morning.

Around 7:45 a.m. to a call for a shooting near East McDowell Road and 27th Place.

Phoenix police say the two men were attempting to burglarizeĀ a home near 1700 W. Brown St. around 1:15 a.m. when the homeowner shot them.

Officers found two men with gunshot wounds in front of a home. Both men were taken to a local hospital where they later died from their injuries.
