Philip’s wife confirmed that her husband Philip Baker died Sunday evening. He died at the age of 90. He was a famous actor.

The beloved Hard Eight and Seinfeld star, has died as tributes pour in for the “Lieutenant Bookman” actor.

Hall’s death was announced by Los Angeles Times sports writer Sam Farmer, who said the actor passed away peacefully on Sunday, according to The Sun.

“My neighbor, friend, and one of the wisest, most talented, and kindest people I’ve ever met, Philip Baker Hall, died peacefully last night,” Farmer shared on Twitter.

“He was surrounded by loved ones. The world has an empty space in it.”

Philip’s death was first announced in a tweet by his friend and neighbor Sam Farmer on Monday.

Farmer wrote: “My neighbor, friend, and one of the wisest, most talented, and kindest people I’ve ever met, Philip Baker Hall, died peacefully last night.

“He was surrounded by loved ones. The world has an empty space in it.”

Philip’s cause of death has not yet been confirmed.

He starred in several films such as Say Anything, Secret Honor, Hard Eight, Duck, Boogie Nights, Magnolia, Bruce Almighty, In Good Company, The Amityville Horror, and The Matador, among others.

Among his most famous roles was his portrayal of Lt Joe Bookman in season three of the ‘90s sitcom classic Seinfeld.

He was loved by all because of his wonderful acting. He did many good films which made him more popular.
